All products sold on minifigs.co.nz are independently produced custom minifigures inspired by popular culture. They are not official licensed products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any original franchise, its creators, or associated rights holders. All character names and references are used for descriptive purposes only.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, minifigs.co.nz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
