Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates

A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders within New Zealand.

Free shipping is available on orders over $149.00.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within New Zealand are:

• North Island: 1–3 business days
• South Island: 3–5 business days
• Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days

These are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside our control, including courier disruptions or peak periods.

Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
