As a long-time LEGO collector based in Auckland, I spent years tracking down custom figures of my favourite characters online. Slow international shipping, unreliable sellers, and paying a premium just to get something decent. The characters I actually wanted - anime icons, movie legends, gaming heroes - were never in the official LEGO sets.
So I decided to do something about it.
